Youth initiative in the village of Mihailovo

Friday we celebrate youth initiative! Today part of the Youth Center – Vratsa team was in the village of Mihailovo to help in the implementation of the youth initiative “Young Ecologist”. The young people from the team “The Invincibles” have been working hard in recent weeks to make their village a more welcoming place to play, relax and have fun. Today they held their opening event, which included a bench-making art workshop and an eco-action called ‘Our Clean Village’. In a few hours, with our help, they were able to clean up key areas of the village and create some colourful benches. In the breaks from their hard work, the youngsters showed us their skills and love for folk dancing! It’s true that work goes easy when it turns into dancing and singing. Their activities aim to raise the environmental awareness of the youth and children of the village by setting a personal example! We thank them for their dedication and youthful spirit. And you can expect more youth initiatives from us!
