Youth Center Vratza

We visited the exhibition “Winemaking and Viticulture”

On 13 of February, the Youth Center – Vratsa organized a thematic visit of young people from the “Animators in Tourism” class at the “Yoan Ekzarh” Language High School – Vratsa to the exhibition “Winemaking and Viticulture” at the EVK “St. Sofroniy Vrachanski” – Vratsa, where they learned and saw the traditions of winemaking in our region. We then visited a local boutique wine shop where the owner told us about the revival of the business in our region and how it can be a key factor in the development of Vratsa. We asked him if young people are involved in growing vineyards and wine production and many other interesting things related to this craft, profession and business. These meetings were dedicated to St. Trifon Zarezan’s feast and the winegrower’s day.
