Yesterday, part of the team of the Youth Center – Vratsa participated in an online meeting organized by UNICEF to create a global program for building skills and engaging young people – “UPSHIFT”. It was also attended by representatives of the youth centers in Bulgaria and the local government by region.

The team of the Youth Center – Vratsa thanks for the invitation and will be happy to partner with UNICEF in this and in future initiatives.
