What are non-formal learning and volunteering?

Yesterday, the Youth Center – Vratsa was visited by students from “Dimitraki Hadjitoshin” Vocational High School. The purpose of the meeting was, through the methods of non-formal education, first of all, the youngsters to understand what kind of activities the Youth Center – Vratsa organize and secondly to get familiar with what volunteering is and why is it important! Through interactive activities and the sharing of personal experiences from our youth workers, the students understood the values ​​of volunteering and what competencies they can gain by doing it! The young people promised to be actively involved in our events and to become more aware of different volunteering initiatives.
