Two events in one day – the perfect combination!

Yesterday, English Board Game Night Vol. 9 was held at the Youth Center – Vratsa, aiming to improve the young people’s English language skills while they learn new and interesting board games. Nearly 50 people participated in it, making it one of the most attended editions of the event. This was followed by the first-ever quiz dedicated to “Turkish Culture, History and Traditions”. It was organized in cooperation with Chala, a European Solidarity Corps volunteer, who presented the culture of her homeland through the event. The quiz consisted of 20 questions /in English/, with the participation of more than 20 young people who had to compete against each other using their phones on the Quizizz platform. The best ones received special prizes at the end of the event, and after the quiz, everyone tasted traditional Turkish dishes prepared by OP Social Activities.
