Today, youth workers from the Youth Center – Vratsa at the invitation of the student council of PPMG Akad.Ivan Tsenov, Vratsa, organized training of students who represent the student councils of all schools in the district. The event was also attended by pedagogical experts who accompanied their graduates. The topic of the training was related to building financial literacy among young people, which aimed to help them work with their personal finances, but also in organizing various events through their non-formal groups and student councils.In this way, also to support the more successful development of these young people, as well as student self-government at the local and regional level.
For the realization of the training was used the manual “Travels by the method of Design thinking” for youth workers developed by MILagers project by our partners from the Center for Safe Internet – Safe net, Bulgaria. We are grateful that we had the opportunity to be one of the first in Bulgaria to apply their experience and expertise at the local level in working with young people and pedagogical experts.
We also thank you for the invitation to do this training at PPMG Akad.Ivan Tsenov, Vratsa. We hope that we will continue to work successfully to develop student self-government and the competencies of young people in the city.
