The Vratsa Youth – Center, through youth worker Nikola Zhivkov, took part in an EU Dialogue training about youth. This was part of the preparations for the European Youth Conference in Slovenia at the end of September. The training seminar aimed to raise awareness about the EU Dialogue process on youth issues at the national and European levels. During the event, participants understood the basic ideas for strategy and planning. They learned how can be involved in the decision-making process. Everyone had the opportunity to present their ideas during the focus groups and to learn new things related to the topic.
