On the last day of 2023, volunteers from the Youth Center – Vratsa and interns from the Solidarity Corps were once again dressed up as fairy-tale characters to delight the smallest residents and guests of our city! We hope that everyone will welcome the New Year with a very cheerful mood and smiles with the holiday program of the municipality of Vratsa, which continues today at 11:30 p.m. on the “Hristo Botev” square with the New Year’s concert of the “Ogosta” brass band and Yuri Krumov.
