On 8 of March, 2023, at 5:30 p.m., the Youth Center – Vratsa will host a screening of director Boyana Topchiyska’s debut feature film – “Ekaterina”. The purpose of the event is to introduce 9th, 10th and 11th grade students to the life and work of the remarkable Ekaterina Karavelova. After the screening, a motivational talk will be held, which will cover the topic of the role of women in Bulgarian history, their rights and their participation in political, cultural and public life in Bulgaria.

The event is supported by the National Culture Fund, Bulgaria and is part of the activities of the Youth Center – Vratsa under project BGLD – 1.003 – 0004 – “Youth Center – Vratsa, a factor for the development of the Northwest”.
