On 7.11. our first meeting with Atanas Snezhanov, who is a master confectioner in a local confectionary company, took place. He met with young people studying at Culinary trade school

 – Vratsa. They saw eye to eye the good example of how a young person, as long as he wants and has the desire, can realize himself in his hometown with this profession. Atanas told them briefly where he studied, what made him want to do confectionery and baking, what a person must have to become good in this profession and whether this craft has a future in our city.

After the lecture, the young people got involved in a practical activity by making a cheesecake. More useful, pleasant and sweet surprises await us next week.

The occupation “Chef-master. The good example” is part of the activities of the “Youth Development and Entrepreneurship” club implemented under Project BGLD – 1.003 – 0004 “Youth Center Vratsa – a factor for the development of the Northwest”, financed through the Financial Mechanism of the EEA 2014-2021.
