On 14.11. our second meeting with Atanas Snezhanov, who is a master confectioner in a local confectionary company, took place. He met with our youth from Culinary Trade School – Vratsa to teach them how to make the most beautiful and delicious cakes. The youngsters got involved in making the poultices and creams for these little delights, all the while receiving advice and guidance from our friend Nasco, who kept an eye on their creations.

We thank the young people for their active participation and our master confectioner for his dedication and effort to pass on this beautiful craft to the people around him! Expect more useful, pleasant and sweet surprises from us.

The occupation “Chef-Master.
