On 11 of March, at 01:30 p.m., the Youth Center – Vratsa will host our new partners from the “For the Earth” association. It is an independent ecological non-governmental organization that works to create an environmentally friendly and equal way of life. She is committed to activities focused on zero waste, clean energy and climate, economic justice, and more.
Colleagues from “For the Earth” will present two exciting games to the youth of Vratsa!

The first game is ENERGY THIS! It confronts the audience with the questions that climate change poses and turns them into an entertaining challenge for everyone. On a 4-meter canvas are depicted stories inspired by those that “For the Earth” activists meet every day. Participants will take on the role of the director of a thermal power plant, a factory owner, a mayor, who must unite people and find a solution to rising fuel prices, pollution, and leave a cleaner planet for future generations. They encounter unexpected events, mistrust, but also new hope — just like in real life.

The second game is a simulation of the European Parliament.
This role-playing game will give you the opportunity to take the place of MEPs as you deal with solving various environmental and climate issues affecting the lives of all EU citizens. The game lasts between 60 and 90 minutes. It is intended for persons over 16 years of age and does not require prior knowledge of the topics. All you need is a phone or tablet with an internet connection.
