On 10 of August, at 06:00 in the “Zeleto” park, we from the Youth Center – Vratsa together with the Youth House – Vratsa and with the assistance of the Municipality of Vratsa and in partnership with UObS, Interact, OIC, PIT – Vratsa, RIM – Vratsa and BMCHK will celebrate the International Youth Day, which has become a tradition to celebrate in the city near Okolchitsa
