Last week was full of pleasant emotions and accumulation of new knowledge! From 17 of July to 21 of July, the team of the Youth Center – Vratsa took part in training for youth workers and educational mediators, organized under the “Local Development, Poverty Reduction and Improved Inclusion of Vulnerable Groups” Program. For these few days, we immersed ourselves in the “Youth Work Kitchen” and had the opportunity to learn, share and accumulate new knowledge together. Representatives of all Youth Centers in Bulgaria, part of the National Network of Youth Centers, took part in the training.During it, we got acquainted with the principles of youth work; with the roles of youth workers and educational mediators; we shared good practices and ideas! This was the first of a series of trainings aimed at supporting the teams working in the Youth Centers in Bulgaria.
