In the period from 3 to 6 of April, at the invitation of the Bulgarian Youth Association and Association Jean Monnet, a representative of the Youth Center – Vratsa took part in an international meeting under the project “Yo- Wo Youth and Gender Equality for the Well-being of Europe”, held in France.
The first talks were held in the building of the National Assembly in Paris, where the current situation and trends in youth unemployment and participation and statistical data for all European countries, part of the EU, were presented. This was followed by a visit to the interactive European space “Europe Experience”.
The workshop continued at the house of one of the “architects” of today’s Europe – Jean Monet, located in Bazoche-sur-Guyon, France, where pressing problems in the field of youth participation and unemployment were discussed and good practices for dealing with these were presented issues from all organizations present at the meeting.
Representatives of organizations working on youth issues from Bulgaria, Spain, Cyprus, the Netherlands, Slovenia, Hungary and France took part in the discussion.
