In the period from 11 to 15 of December, the team of the Youth Center – Vratsa took part in the third module of the training for youth workers and educational mediators, organized under the “Local Development, Poverty Reduction and Improved Inclusion of Vulnerable Groups” Program

In the period from 11 to 15 of December, the team of the Youth Center – Vratsa took part in the third module of the training for youth workers and educational mediators, organized under the “Local Development, Poverty Reduction and Improved Inclusion of Vulnerable Groups” Program. This time in the “Youth Work Kitchen” topics such as:

-“Cooperation in a team”;

-“Development of programs”;

-“Development and conduct of training activities”;

-“Facilitating learning”;

-“Mentoring, coaching and other roles”.

The teams of all Youth Centers in Bulgaria, part of the National Network of Youth Centers, took part in the training.

Thanks to the training team of Maggie, Jaffer, Nat and Steph for a great experience and to the Local Development Program for making it all possible!
