From 29 of November to 1 of December, training was held for pedagogical specialists and non-pedagogical staff on key competencies “Personal, social and learning skills” in the city of Sofia. An educational mediator from the Youth Center – Vratsa took part in it. Topics related to pedagogical technologies, methods and communication skills for team work and also the challenges of the labor market in the 21st century and the development of key competences through learning and socialization were discussed. The training was extremely beneficial for the future work of the colleague from the Youth Center – Vratsa.
