Between 8 and 12 of September, five volunteers and one youth worker at the Youth Center – Vratsa took part in an international exchange organized by the Youth Center – Plovdiv. The purpose of the event was to test the handbook “Youth make an impact” developed by the National network of youth centers in an international environment. Young people from Oslo, representatives of the Youth Centers in Vratsa, Dobrich, Plovdiv and Stara Zagora took part in the event.
