Yesterday, volunteers at the Youth Center – Vratsa contributed to the festive mood. They had dressed up as fairy-tale characters and pleased with their presence all who wanted to take pictures with them. Expect them again on 31.12. at 12:00 p.m. at “Hristo Botev” square.
